The final step is to report and communicate the results of your R&D measurement and evaluation, which can help you share and showcase your achievements and challenges, as well as learn and improve. However, reporting and communicating results can be tricky and sensitive. You should consider your audience and purpose, and use appropriate formats and channels, such as dashboards for summarizing key metrics, reports for explaining methods and results, presentations for engaging with stories and insights, and blogs for informing with trends and best practices.
