    Parent-Tot and Lap Swim

    From June 3 – August 3, we will be offering Parent-Tot Swim (Adults with kids 6Y & under) and Lap Swim.

    Monday-Thursday: 9:30-11:30 a.m.

    Admission to Parent-Tot and Lap Swim is included with a season pass.

    Chair, Umbrella and Tent Guidelines

    Guests are welcome to bring their own chairs, umbrellas or shade tents into the Outdoor Aquatic Centers for secured seating and shade. All personal folding lounges, chairs umbrellas and tents may be placed in the grass yard areas and located a minimum of 4 feet from the pool deck’s edge. Items are not permitted on the pool deck.

    Chairs and Umbrellas

    • Personal folding lounges and folding bag chairs, or chairs with attached umbrellas are allowed inside the park.
    • Umbrellas should be no larger than 6′ tall. Guests are advised to use caution when using them in high traffic areas and during strong winds.

    Shade Structures and Tents

    • Pop-up tents no larger than 10′ x 10′ are permitted.
    • Guests are encouraged to use weights or short stakes to anchor down tents.
    • In high winds, guests are advised to retract all shade tents and umbrellas for safety purposes.

    Guests are advised to monitor all personal property brought on site as the Fox ValleyPark District is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged. Guests may be liable and are advised to exercise caution while their actions or use of personal property may cause injury to another. All personal property must be removed from the site at the close of each day. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, respect and observance of the personal space of others in encouraged.

    Can I buy my tickets at the admissions window?
    Yes! Tickets will be available for purchase online and at the waterpark. To ensure your admission for the day, we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance online.

    Do you have deck chairs?
    Yes, we will have deck chairs available, however they will be limited. Guests are welcome to bring chairs into the park to ensure deck seating.

    Do you have a concessions stand or vending machines?
    No, we do not have a full-service concessions stand in our park but we do have a snack bar that offers a variety of snack options including beverages and ice cream. Guests are able to bring outside food into the park or have it delivered to our gates by a food delivery service. All beverages must be unopened and store-bought – no fountain beverages will be allowed. Food delivery staff cannot enter the park but will meet guests near the designated food pick-up areas. Our staff cannot accept deliveries.

    If the birthday party area is not reserved, can I use it?
    Yes! If the area is not reserved, guests are free to utilize the tables however we ask that you do not close it off for private usage unless you have reserved it.

    What is needed to prove residency for admission?
    A government-issued ID, school ID or utility bill, car registration, or piece of mail with an address and photo ID can be used to prove residency.

    Can you do Dollywood and Splash Country in one day? ›

    Complimentary transportation is available between Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country via the parking lot trams for all guests wishing to travel to both parks on the same day.

    What is the best day to go to Splash Country? ›

    Ideal days to visit to avoid long lines include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Please take note of Dollywood Splash Country weather policy. Dollywood Splash Country rain policy will issue a rain check if the length of your visit is negatively impacted due to weather.

    What do you wear to Splash Country? ›

    Keep in mind only swimsuits are allowed on the rides at Dollywood Splash Country. This means that any clothing with buckles, denim, corduroy or cutoffs are not allowed while riding the rides. Additionally, shirts are not allowed on any water slide, no exception.

    Do you need to bring your own towels to Splash Country? ›

    We encourage you to bring your own towel when visiting. Towels are not provided but are available for purchase if you need one.

    Yes! You can bring a backpack into the park, they will search it at the gate way, some rides you can ride with a purse, most I do not suggest it, unless you use a fanny pack. They have lockers that you can use at some of the rides, but most have a shelf that you can let your things sit on during the ride.
