Funding Amount

has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(a).

Funding Amount

means the aggregate amount, as listed on a Funding Statement, of all Loan Proceeds to be disbursed by Bank to Borrowers through Company’s Disbursem*nt Account on each Funding Date and the related Origination Fees.
